Processing - Shipping - Refund Policy

• Once your order is placed you will receive a text message to schedule a local delivery or pick-up time.

• Orders  will be processed in 1 - 2 days and be fulfilled Monday - Wednesday 10 am - 7 pm, Thursday - Saturday (Late deliveries/pick-ups)  after 6 pm to 8 pm.

• For local delivery, we provide a contact-less delivery with picture confirmation.

• For in-person pick-up, you will also receive confirmation Via email (from the website) when your order is ready. 

• Orders  will be processed in 2 - 3 days. To ensure freshness, orders will be shipped FROZEN Monday - Wednesday via UPS within 2 -3   business days.

 (WE WANT TO AVOID SUNDAY DELAYS)

• Orders placed on Wednesday -  Sunday will be shipped out at the beginning of the following week.

• Orders placed on holidays will be processed  the following business day.

• Once your order has been processed and  shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

 At Pure Joi Selections we try our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. Any issues, errors or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. 

 For health and safety reasons, the sea moss gel, which is perishable, is non-returnable ONLY re-shipped or refunded.
